Dr. Kelvin Anthony Tse Graduated for Loyola Marymount University in Westchester, California in 1984. He earned his degree as a doctor of dental surgery from the University of Pacific in San Francisco in 1989. Dr. Tse received his specialty training at UCLA's center for Esthetic Dentistry where he served a mini-residency from 1993-1994. Professional accomplishments include membership in the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Also active in his community, Dr. Tse is a member of the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce.
